Found a calculator that disagrees with its own worked example? A formula you would like explained differently, or a tool we should build next? We want to know.
Write to us at contact@calcsmith.net. Bug reports are the most valuable mail we get — if you send one, please include the calculator name and the exact numbers you entered, so we can reproduce the result. Because calculators run entirely in your browser, we cannot look up "your" calculation; the inputs you send are the whole story.
What we can and cannot do
We can fix errors, clarify explanations and consider requests for new calculators (the finance core grows by demand, so requests genuinely steer the roadmap). We cannot give personal financial advice, review individual loan offers, or contact lenders on your behalf. For decisions with a professional's stamp on them, take our numbers to a qualified advisor — you will have a far better conversation than arriving empty-handed.
Corrections
Rates, tax rules and program details in our explanations are checked at publication and reviewed periodically, but they change. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will fix it — accuracy is the entire product here.
